Our Story
We’re Cody and Olivia Hollon, the owners of Hollon & CO. Contracting LLC and proud parents of two daughters. Our business is part of the life we’re building together—rooted in family, hard work, and a commitment to the Central Kentucky community we call home.
For Cody, construction has been part of life for as long as he can remember. Born and raised around construction sites, he grew up on his dad’s jobs, turning scrap lumber into furniture with a hammer, nails, and a little imagination. Those early projects sparked a love for building and taught him the satisfaction of making something with his own hands.
As a second-generation tradesman, Cody carries those lessons into his work today. His background includes framing, welding, and heavy equipment operation, with more than 10 years of industry experience. From learning alongside his dad to taking on projects of his own, he’s built a practical understanding of how things go together and the care it takes to do a job well.
Cody also teaches Heavy Equipment and Trucking and serves as an OSHA and NCCER instructor. Helping students develop practical skills, safe work habits, and confidence is his way of passing those lessons on to the next generation.
Olivia brings a background in retail and management, where listening to customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly are part of the job. She applies that experience to our company through customer communication, scheduling, paperwork, and marketing, while also helping with hands-on projects. Her experience helps us keep track of the details, work through challenges, and make sure customers feel heard and cared for throughout their projects.
Our daughters are a big part of our story, too. Just as Cody learned by watching his dad, we want our girls to grow up seeing the value of hard work, kindness, and taking pride in what you do. Those are the same values we bring to our customer relationships.
For us, family-owned means being personally involved. Whether we’re improving your home, working on a commercial property, or helping you prepare for winter, we want you to feel comfortable asking questions and know the people you’re trusting with your project.
